Good Quality Filter
I've been using this to take long exposure shots on one of my local beaches and it works brilliantly without giving any noticeable colour cast.
My only reservation is the size of the filter. I use a Lee filter holder and was told that this K & F filter was compatible and it is BUT beware! It appears to be very slightly thinner than the Lee filters and it can start to slide down through the holder. Fortunately I noticed this before it slid out completely and turned the holder through 90 degrees to stop it happening again but doing that meant I couldn't combine the filter with a separate ND graduated filter. I'm sure putting a tiny strip of acid-free tape on two opposite edges to add to the thickness will solve the problem.
